AgeofGames (also known as PM Studios) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and sensitive user data is handled with the utmost care and security. We do not collect data. Should we do so in the future, we will only collect, use, and share personal and sensitive user data for app and service functionality and policy-compliant purposes reasonably expected by the user.
If we use personal and sensitive user data for advertising, we comply with Google Play's ads policy.
We may transfer data to service providers or for legal reasons, such as compliance with applicable law or valid governmental requests, mergers, or acquisitions, with legally adequate notice to users.

We handle all personal and sensitive user data securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography (e.g., over HTTPS).

Clear labelling as a privacy policy (e.g., listed as "privacy policy" in the title).
4. Account Deletion Requirement
If our app allows users to create an account, we also allow users to request account deletion:
Users can initiate account deletion from within the app and outside the app, such as by visiting our website.
We delete associated user data upon account deletion unless we need to retain it for legitimate reasons, which are disclosed in our privacy policy.
5. Data Safety Section
We maintain a clear and accurate Data Safety section for every app, detailing data collection, use, and sharing. This section is consistent with the disclosures made in our privacy policy.
6. EU-U.S., Swiss Privacy Shield
If we access, use, or process EU Personal Information, we comply with applicable privacy, data security, and data protection laws. We only use EU Personal Information for purposes consistent with obtained consent, and we implement necessary measures to protect this data.
7. Removing Your Data from Our Database
