AgeofGames (also known as PM Studios) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and sensitive user data is handled with the utmost care and security. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect user data in compliance with Google's User Data Policy, and includes our game on ScacciaRischi, on the Google App Store.

Should this change in the future, data which may be collected, could include, but is not limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call-related data, health data, Health Connect data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data.

1.2 Purposes of Data Collection

We do not collect data. Should we do so in the future, we will only collect, use, and share personal and sensitive user data for app and service functionality and policy-compliant purposes reasonably expected by the user.
If we use personal and sensitive user data for advertising, we comply with Google Play's ads policy.
We may transfer data to service providers or for legal reasons, such as compliance with applicable law or valid governmental requests, mergers, or acquisitions, with legally adequate notice to users.

1.3 Data Security

We handle all personal and sensitive user data securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography (e.g., over HTTPS).

1.4 Selling User Data

We do not, and will never, sell personal and sensitive user data. "Sale" refers to the exchange or transfer of such data to a third party for monetary consideration.

2. Prominent Disclosure & Consent Requirement

In cases where our app's data access, collection, use, or sharing may not be within the reasonable expectation of the user, we meet the following requirements:

We provide an in-app disclosure of data access, collection, use, and sharing within the app.
The in-app disclosure is displayed in the normal usage of the app and does not require users to navigate into menus or settings.

We describe the data being accessed or collected, and explain how the data will be used and/or shared.

2.2 Consent and Runtime Permissions

We request user consent and runtime permissions immediately after the in-app disclosure.
Consent is presented clearly and unambiguously, requires affirmative user action, and is granted before collecting or accessing personal and sensitive user data.

3. Privacy Policy Requirements

Our privacy policy, together with in-app disclosures, comprehensively discloses how our app accesses, collects, uses, and shares user data:

Developer information and a privacy point of contact or a mechanism to submit inquiries.
Disclosing the types of personal and sensitive user data our app accesses, collects, uses, and shares, and any parties with which it is shared.
Secure data handling procedures for personal and sensitive user data.
Our data retention and deletion policy.
Clear labelling as a privacy policy (e.g., listed as "privacy policy" in the title).

4. Account Deletion Requirement

If our app allows users to create an account, we also allow users to request account deletion:

Users can initiate account deletion from within the app and outside the app, such as by visiting our website.
We delete associated user data upon account deletion unless we need to retain it for legitimate reasons, which are disclosed in our privacy policy.

5. Data Safety Section

We maintain a clear and accurate Data Safety section for every app, detailing data collection, use, and sharing. This section is consistent with the disclosures made in our privacy policy.

6. EU-U.S., Swiss Privacy Shield

If we access, use, or process EU Personal Information, we comply with applicable privacy, data security, and data protection laws. We only use EU Personal Information for purposes consistent with obtained consent, and we implement necessary measures to protect this data.

7. Removing Your Data from Our Database
