How to beat levels: Upgrade resources, storage, etc. SPAM carriers, submarines, destroyers, hovercrafts, patrol boats, and anything else you want then use a full battery of turrets to fire a continuosus barrage of mortar shells in front of their base. Then rape their flagship Rinse and Repeat several Times.

impossible to win this after the flag ship appears. the enemy base then goes into overdrive and produces more enemy units than it is capable of and at least 10 times what the player can produce in turn

I like this game a lot... but when they get the flagship its almost impossible.
