Give it a try you might like it.
Can't wait to see how it goes in the next version.
in map 3 it says find 5 survivors. I have yet to find more than 4 survivors before the level ends.
each level is very small. some of the requirements may not get met before the level end at present. maybe the level should continue until there are 5 survivors met in level 3 and should be a bit longer if there are others later with similar requirements? I have to admit I have not gone past level 6 yet. spamming lower levels for cash for equipment and experience to be able to use said equipment.
also with reference to earths reply to my post earlier...
a soldier hidden is not a problem as such if you can be sure he is with the rest of the squad but I have found attackers taking lumps out of invisible soldiers who are supposed to have formed the line at the back and seem to be half way into the screen and getting damaged.and this only happens after getting the extra man to the 3 originals.
another issue seems to be that the original 3 will gain wounds from a bomb going off in the house clearances but the last of the squad gets no damage at all.
I have gotten 5 levels won achievement but no idea what others are (and not that interested to find out) and 1st blood is bugged.
yea sometimes 1 team member isn't visible but he/she is there since he/she shoots zombies
achievements are not being given.
I know the 5 levels won achievement is missing so the rest are probably missing at present as well
the characters are all set to go on the mission but as placed some do not show on the battlefield.
not sure if it is a bug or just daft. the characters use night vision goggles and cannot search buildings for survivors or cash and experience items.
now from the daft to possibly stupid?
ranged guns use agility but all the armour is set for strength only and in the level 4 and 5 scenarios so far there are long range attackers with nice guns but you have to either use a long range gunner with little to no armour or have a squad of tanks who just wade through with little heed to health or ability to find stuff.
why is all the armour set for strength only and why only a low upgrade ceiling?
so far I give this a 3/5
overall nice game but it just takes too long time to get party high enuf that they survive beyond level 2 and 4, money isn't problem since mission rewards are nice but not much to spend it (only guns when party members get high enuf level).
