plays badly in all ways really when compared to the first of the series. not only does it slow down a lot and stick in places but the abilities of your player get steadily worse instead of better. either that or the game is set so that you must only upgrade one of your attack types to the detriment of all others. health is not too bad upgraded but beware there are big hitters later and those hearts you pick up may disappear fast.., even with the health improvements of one of the sets.

given this is a sequel I am not sure it is better than the first and in some ways it is a lot worse.

nice semi-rpg except controling char is bit crappy and auto-routing tries to go thru the wall quite often, plenty of chars to choose and more are unlocked as game goes on, regular enemies don't cause much troubles but bosses and few others cause, equipments are found from boxes or from killed enemies, shops offer random equipments (pure crap) and food and manapotions, levels are big and it is easy to get lost (and mini-map doesn't help as much as it should), nice graphs and decent sounds and nice music.

overall nice game but bosses comingup w/o warning causes some troubles (especially if fightingbig group of enemies), money ain't scarce but it doesn't have much use either.
