Only managed to get to this game now - and since this has been at a beta stage for over three years already, I don't expect there to be a final version? ...at least not anytime soon?

The game plays well, so the reported hiccup issues earlier didn't bother me. Some important points are left unsaid or are said vaguely: 1) you can't enter a battle with a team that has less than four characters 2) once you win a higher level battle, you can recruit a new candidate 3) if your characters tiredness hits 100, they're invalid and can't attend the next battle. I thought (as typical) that getting to the higher level would require grinding through earlier levels, which put me in a situation where I had only six team members to choose from, out of which three were invalid. Had to restart the battle. In order to get trained during the battle, you must choose the discipline that each bench-warmer will train on.

Overall, working mechanism but still does not turn into an enjoyable gaming experience. As the team members will automatically choose a target if one is not assigned, I ended up not using the right mouse click at all as I was busy clicking at the specials. Lots of clicking without any attention to what was actually going on at the battle... ...no wonder I wasn't able to keep my interest up. 3/5

been a while but I got to play this partly and to be honest it has no draw for me to play again at all. I prefer the strategy games the team are best at. this one is lacking in a number of areas.

grammar is a little suspect but then as developers are not native english speakers they need to take greater care about how things are worded and spelt.

characters are a little dense to put it politely, if you want it blunt they act like morons with their brains removed. hopeless interaction as a team and the healing character instead of getting safe from the enemy and letting the fighters do their thing, gets into a direct fight and dies faster than I would like.

al in all I am afraid the points for this are not very high at all.

2/5

Hmm, this game while interesting suffers from several grammatical errors.
The squad management seems to be a little bit hit and miss.
The plot is okay if slightly unoriginal
The actual fighting is a little random but works rather well

Seems a bit button mashy for my taste. Battles become a frantic fight to position your idiot guys who have no sense of how to do things without your EXACT orders.

During the heat of battle in the upper levels, you can lose fights based purely on lack of control of your hapless team.

Ok so far, but I prefer more strategy.
