The controls are slow, the levels are pushy and repetitive, the difficulty level is high, and the frustration level is even higher.
This requires upgrades to survive todays environment of quality flash games.
Even if this wasn't in the mis-labeled sect, I would have issues with this game. I don't mind the autoscroll, but the lack of autofire is annoying, as are the above mentioned items. Seriously, why would I forget how to fire 3 bullets at once (between levels?) It makes no sense in a game that features linear forward motion.
The game does, however, function. It might be fun for some people, but it deserves no more than 2/5 imo.
overall crappy game and there are many games with same idea etc so nothing new.

Some other observations:
enemies shoot over/past/through walls (and not only the rocket launchers) whilst you will have too shoot at that same wall until it breaks before being able to hit the enemy
Sometimes setting of an explosion will cause a nearby wall to be destroyed too, sometimes it doesnt. In some cases you are in deep trouble if it doesnt
Dont shoot nuclear reactors
tactics are not part of this game at all and with the relentless push forwards of the scrolling screen you are forced to do a mouse breaking tap tap tap as there is no autofire option.
not too bad a game with all that but cut the autoscroll and let the player move at will and you may have a better game and more points.
2/5
