I have yet to get one of the patients to the end of therapy
3/5 for the strangeness
It's a bit too much of going over the same steps til you get it right, but it's worth finishing (Although, not all in one sitting).
4/5 stars
Yes, it's great. It's a classic. I already played through them all, even the raven, which was added only recently.
But the older ones I should perhaps play again some time. I don't remember them to well.
This game is certainly one of the craziest point-&-click-puzzles in existence, and not quite as funny as it looks like. Damn unsettling at times, even. And it isn't easy, either, for the patients' backstories aren't really obvious, even if they seem on first glance. There's also the only real flaw I see in this game: It's often more trial-and-error than puzzling. But even that can be very interesting and even feel rewarding.
4/5 stars are definitely not too generous.
A hint, by the way: In the therapy room, under the couch, to the left, there's an electro-shock device - just for the case someone needs it.
