not worth the effort of another try at this game really..,

You don't even get to choose what mechs you use from the start

The upgrades DO make a noticable difference, slowly. You do take less damage, regen more energy, or do more damage... but the effect is so small that it is hard to notice. That being said, this is indeed a very dull game, of repeated battles against a team with the same overall composition as yours (although it seems to get easier, kind of like you get more points than the opponent.)
2/5 due to lack of anything beyond 2 teams of the same 'mex'.

Every round seems the same to me whatever upgrades you make so I gave up through boredom. 2/5

This has the promise of being a good game. Unfortunately, there isn't really a game here yet.
