Generic TD with a pointless space skin.

2/5 stars

Got to wave 13 without too much trouble but to be honest there is so little variation that I do not feel inclined to carry on. Looks good with a variety of ships (only a couple of which are worth having) but there's nothing to make me carry on to destruction.2/5

tried it and am not all that impressed by it so far. I will try again to see if a different strategy works better but so far level 8 seems to be the killer and money is tight for upgrades and getting the required number of towers or ships (or whatever they are supposed to be)

points can wait for me experiments :-*

another td-game.

nice graphics and sounds but lookslike only 2 "towers" are usable, rest are crap, dunno if upgrading towers help since didn't bother with that.

Decent Space TD game with sufficient $$ to afford ships and upgrades. $$ is given real-time, as are the ship purchases and upgrades. I made it through Level 8 before I ran out of 'lives' (you have eight lives at the beginning).

I did encounter a SAVE problem, however. I had no problems with the first SAVE, but when I tried to SAVE a subsequent time, the game PAUSED instead of SAVED. My original SAVE was available for reload after I 'died', however.

The game is not the worst defense game I have every seen, but not the best either.
It seems like the game is balanced around moving your units in the area they were placed... which reduces the usefullness of the speed up button and generally makes you be active during waves.
The waves come as soon as the previous one is done, which gives you no chance at either planning or at overlapping waves.
The game lost track of the enemies on wave 7 (they stopped moving and no longer spawned... but the level didn't end).
Overall impression is that I felt like I was playing a decent TD game early on, but quickly found moving ships that much to be painful and frustrating. A lack of group controls and AI setting for your ships compounds this.
2/5 from me.
