Well, I've enjoyed the game format even though the graphics are rather clunky. Bit disapointed that there was no fanfare when I got to the end, having completed all adventures. Overall though 3.75/5 (just to be awkward)
I normally like gem games with a solid RPG base. I don't like this one very much. I hate this graphics style, the game mechanics aren't original, and the RPG elements feel more tacked on that a symbiotic part of the game.
Not a bad game, I've just played much better gem games that make this one look bad.
9/10! needs a better shop and inventory. gets way too hard at "unholy temple". great game!
I recommend that you play through some adeventures several times. In each you can find special treasure that might help you. Hover with the mouse over the chest item next to the adventure's name to see the list of special items. So you can see, if you already found each. If not, play the adventure again and try to accumulate as many treasure gems as you can.
Yes, this game totally stands out from other match3-games, for this game principle is merely used as a core to build a complete little RPG around, with looting and trading, cool item enchantments, it's own sense of humor, even interesting opponents. (I found myself adapting strategies to different opponents - I never played a match3-game that required this!) Also, that this time you actually play the shop keeper, is quite original in my opinion. The only flaw I see is within the armory, that you can't see on one glance what's in your inventory. That's a little bit uncomfortable. A little room for improvement but not much, in my opinion. 4.7 stars from 5, rounded up to full, great 5!
i completely agree! the armoury needs to have a one quick glance, i have to see the items in the "your shop" apart from that this is a great game and i am quite a fan of connect 3 games. but as for this it is totally original

I like the game and the rest of the games from the same developers. they seem to have something to them that says play me again.

nothing is hard once those who challenge the difficulty have prepared, those who find life hard need to earn the difficulty through their own actions.
in other words:
get better equipment and armour!
