The battle portion of this game is actually quite fun, once you figure it out. As others have already pointed out, the evolution bit is not explained. Tip: you can only combine 1st and 2nd or 3rd and 4th level-3 units in each category, e.g. Golden Warrior combines with Angel Knight but not with Sword Master - the latter instead combines with Rage Dwarf.
The campaign part of the game is rather bland, if that is improve by adding a storyline or a strategy component (e.g. points for upgrades/new cards), this game could be very good.
strange setup where the levels to fight on are almost at random places on the board.., not tried playing a game like this before really so points added for that.
however it would be nice if there was more information about how the game plays and more pertinent just what monsters can be added to which.
When you combine any units they are stronger than the would have been and when you combine 2 tier 3 units you make a tier 4, and 2 tier 4's make a tier 5.
For instance, when you combine tier 1 and tier 2 units for evolution, you don't get a tier 3. You get a tier 2. So either I'm not understanding how the F the enemy AI combines units to make uber units, or something is majorly wrong.

There seem to be a few issues with the gameplay in this game, even on the simplest levels.
There are better variants in this genre.

I may return to this one at a later date
