getting sick of td-games since those have come majority (luckily no td-games at AG lately).
This game could have been one of the best TD games that I've played thus far. However, the game needs a Start button at the beginning of each defense so that the player can assess the situation and setup his troops accordingly. Also either the AI needs serious 'tweaking' or the player needs to be able to setup target priorities for each unit. Too many times the archers will target enemies far away and ignore those who move merrily toward the "castle". When a city gets attacked, you have little-to-no control over the battle outcome except to 'contribute' some basic resources to the city. City fortifications don't appear to matter much in the latter stages of the game.
Overall, a decent and somewhat unique TD game, but not a Great TD game.

I'll allow it. Motion denied.
I do like how it is difficult from the start, but never too difficult.
It has a few issues, like it will start to lag after a bit and will require refreshes to fix that.
Fliers are SUPER gay. They purposely sprinkle in random mass air raids that come from ridiculous directions JUST to keep you from getting a perfect map score. The only way to stop them, is to play the map once, know exactly where they will come from, play it a second time, then build archer towers en-mass in that path.
Once you build golems, the ground attackers become a side-note.
All in all, I enjoyed the game, finished it, but I don't see any replay value here.
4/5 stars.
