very strange game with no sense of where you are in the game or how to get away from being attacked once one is in the fight you all are drawn in and nothing will stop the attacks. there is no line of sight and putting yourself in to deadly situations seems to be the normal way of getting through the game. not a good game at all from my point of view
The potions are a bit broke. You can never really tell how many you have since the counters are screwy. If you have 2, it might tell you that you have 20, and so on.
Also, the ending is a bit messed up. It makes you run through a few hundred bad guys on a timer, to find the exit door. When you finally find it (With about 10 secs left if you run right through all the bad guys and make a MASSIVE train.) there's a huge orc standing there who you either have to fight, or give half your gold to.
This fight will of course happen with half your units a few miles behind you getting murdered by the huge train you made.
At that point, 2 of my guys followed me down the stairs, 4 died to the train, and one got caught on a wall and couldn't move. So if there was any kind of ending scene or further levels, I wouldn't know. Bugs.
I like it as a not too deep & complex rpg. Can be picked up and dropped, to return later, without having to remember what the hell you are supposed to be achieving! Simple & effective. Worth 3.5/5 but i'll give it 4 as i'm in a good mood today:)
The levels get epic... in a bad way. Starting around level 7, you'll start spending WAY too much time wandering aimlessly and backtracking to find areas you missed. No map makes this a HUGE problem.
The auto-equip system for your teams items is nice, but the game gets repetitive.
Not bad, if you are in the mood for a very basic hack and slash. Minimal equipment slots, fairly simple to learn, and the potions are readily available and rather overpowered. The only difficult parts, imo, are saving 'friends' who aren't equiped and somehow got into the lower levels with a horde of monsters that want to eat them. I don't think it's great, but it certainly isn't bad... and much better than many flash action rpgs.

One big minus - this game is only a time killer. It dont have any extra bonus - learning new facts; problem solving or any other learning moment.
2/5

nothing bad but nothing good either.
