It's fairly simple to play and the first few levels are quite fun, but then it's more of the same. There are things you can buy with the coins you collect to upgrade your player.
Not enough variation to keep me interested long term.
Basic move and shoot game - but well made one. Apart from some flaws which you only encounter later in the game...
The controls work well, both for mouse and keyboard - but you're missing instructions on how to use the special skills (mouse double-click).
Don't grind the early levels too much, otherwise the game gets ridiculously easy and by level 10, you've pretty much seen all that the game has to offer.
Once you've collected almost all the upgrades, the game start lagging - seriously. There's just simply too much happening on the screen. By level 18 or so, this really starts to get annoying - and the last boss level is simply unplayable as you can't see what's happening on the screen - and due to lag, you're also short of any means to control the game.
Summarizing: playing first levels - very enjoyable and much fun. Playing past level ten - getting bored, not much more to offer. Playing past level 18 - lag & screen clutter starts getting on the nerves.
what fergus said, basic move and shoot and collect goins and stars and between lvls spend coins on upgrades and move on next lvl or grind prev. levels to get coins, nicish graphs and rest.
overall if has played 1 of this type of game then has played all.
there are an increasing number of this type of game. all the same really with new skins and boss types. under those skins is a basic shoot and move system that goes way back into the 80's games with a game i played then but forget the name of. but for the obstacles in that game i could see this in that.
plays well for what it is and nothing can go wrong unless you manage to hit a bullet as they fly all over the screen. no original stuff in it and that includes the rescue scenario.
